We ship within Australia via Australia Post (tracked) for a charge of $25 per parcel.
Orders over $200 will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process. Bulky items are excluded from the Free Shipping promotion.

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post for a charge of $38 per parcel.
Express to NZ costs $55 (4 – 8 days delivery)
All NZ areas – 7 to 27 business days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
United States and Canada via Australia Post for a charge of $65 per parcel.
Japan $60 Via Australia Post

We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 business days.
If orders are placed after 8 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday the order will be dispatched on the following business day.
ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
To deliver your order safely, we require a signature on all deliveries. If you are not home to receive the package, the delivery driver will take it to the nearest post office for your collection.
If you are requesting a delivery to a business address, include the business name on the delivery address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Black Pug Skateboards does not take responsibility for the fraudulent signees.
Black Pug Skateboards is not liable for items that become missing or damaged during transit. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. This investigation can take up to 10 business days.
Orders that the receiver has elected to be “Left in a safe place” that have become missing or damaged are not the responsibility of Black Pug Skateboards and cannot be refunded or returned.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All Black Pug Skateboards orders will receive an email confirmation to the email supplied on the customer account. We cannot amend orders once the order confirmation has been sent.
Black Pug Skateboards reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order.
